Version upgrade

    Hi,

    I have a customer who want to upgrade his Perpetual Licence from Standard 8SC to Professional 8SC, this is not possible via the partner portal and I cannot find a way how to do this.
    Which steps I have to follow?
    The license is valid till 17/12/18

    Hi complex1,

    I would imagine this has something to do with the fact that the Standard (up-to 16SC) has been amalgamated into the FREE now.

    I would contact your sales representative at 3CX and see, this would be the easiest and quickest way to do this: https://www.3cx.com/company/contact/
