Very quiet sound quality (VoIP)

    I've successfully setup my first clients 3CX system and they are now using the system.

    A couple of problems they are having, is that they can hear the caller perfectly, but the caller says that they are very quiet.

    We are using Cisco SPA504G phones and have ensured the sound is turned up fully, however, callers are still complaining of this issue.

    Is there anyway of "turning" the caller up on the 3CX system? - Or is this a VoIP provider issue?
