    I'm using 3cx for several time. Now I 've a singular problem. When I do a calling out, only for specific number, I can't hear audio, I hear only ring.
    this is the log:

    15:38:06.343 CallConf::eek:nProvisional [CM103003] Call(8): Ln:10000@Eutelia is ringing
    15:38:02.593 CallConf::eek:nIncoming [CM103002] Call(8): Incoming call from 101 (Ext.101) to sip:199113366@192.168.1.100:5060

    I've the problem only for this external number, for others external numbers all work good.

    help please

    Verify that extension is checked as external and use Media Server in 3CX.
    Do you have STUN setup on this external device?

    Don't see any Media Server entries in the few log entries you sent. You should see 2 media server entries, 1 from your extension to 3CX and the second from 3cx to your outside call. Here are some entries from one of my successfull calls:

    20:14:02.468 CallConf::eek:nIncoming [CM103002] Call(50): Incoming call from 505 (Ext.505) to sip:1234567890@123.123.123.123
    20:14:04.953 CallConf::eek:nProvisional [CM103003] Call(50): Ln:10000@Broadvoice is ringing
    20:14:20.656 CallLegImpl::eek:nConnected [CM103001] Call(50): Created audio channel for Ext.505 (xx.184.178.165:5008) with Media Server (xx.123.118.137:9002)
    20:14:20.671 CallLegImpl::eek:nConnected [CM103001] Call(50): Created audio channel for Ln:10000@Broadvoice (xx.135.12.247:19226) with Media Server (xx.123.118.137:9004)

    20:14:20.671 StratInOut::eek:nConnected [CM104005] Call(50): Setup completed for call from Ext.505 to Ln:10000@Broadvoice
    20:22:32.140 StratLink::eek:nHangUp [CM104001] Call(50): Ext.505 hung up call; cause: BYE; from IP:xx.184.178.165

    No. Flags external and bind Media Server are not checked. I tried also to enable these flags, but I've same problem.

    Yes I use a stun server setted for VoIP Provider setting.

    I know I should see 2 media server entries. Infact look follow log, before I done a call and work, but when I call 199113366 number do not work. For this 199113366 (it's SDA courier) there is a Digital Receptionist. I've this problem only for this number.

    16:31:32.531 CallConf::eek:nProvisional [CM103003] Call(12): Ln:10000@Eutelia is ringing

    I looked up Q.850;cause=16 and this is what it says:

    If its an external extension there should be a valid IP and not a non-routable 192.168.x.x ip address. What kind of device is the remote ext?

    Do not look "Q.850;cause=16" I've hung up it.

    199113366 is not a external extension. It' s a external number.

    Sorry for the confusion, when your initial post said external number I was thinking external extension. My brain saw the word external and assumed ... :oops:

    You should try to separate internal and external calls by prefix. Just an idea to get around the problem. In truth I haven't a foggiest idea about cause but I think this is a good first step.

    Just only 1 number doesn't works is very strange. Is not any restriction or fault at VSP possible?

    but when I don't hear the audio and hear only ring, can depend from external call port setting 9000-9499 on firewall ? These port I've forwared on firewall. I need to know wich ports are used... example:

    I made first call. Use it 9000 port ?
    I made 2 t call. Use it 9001 port ?
    I made 3st call. Use it 9002 port ?

    work in this mode ???

    But why supposed firewall setting failure depends on the called number? I don't put it together.

    OK. The firewall doesn't make this issue.
    You mean phone as 3cx's extension or equipment (soft or hardphone)?
    Try it:
    101 - any outbound number
    101 - malicious number

    and likewise with 102 and 103

    I'm afraid the solution is very simple just I don't see the tree in the forest.

    Try these calls:
    101 -> any outbound number
    101 -> malicious number

    and likewise with 102 and 103.

    Is there any difference between these calls results?
