    Hi,

Is there any reason that after 10 minutes the video conferencing cuts out? Is there a limit on it?

    We have a pro licence

    via SIP or via WebMeeting?

but in both cases, no it should not happen and is not enforced by the pbx

This seems to happen to a small amount of users here and there. It doesn't seem to be related to the WebMeeting service it's self but some other factor either in the user's network or environment that causes websockets to be disconnected after 10 minutes.

Could you try again but without any Firewalls/Antiviruses and see if any one of these 2 factors cause a premature websocket disconnection? Also your system not responding for an extended period of time can cause the WebMeeting connection as well as all other applications to disconnect from any services they are connected to.

I'd also be interested to hear what Firewall you have.
