Each SP orbit should have a virtual extension number. Calls can then be parked by transferring to the extension and recalled by calling the extension. Right now, we do this by configuring the cell phone as SP# and having everything forward to the cellphone, etc. Yes, this works, but it is convoluted and difficult to document. This is necessary because there are phones like the Yealink W52p for which calling codes do not work.

Not to mention the method of "forwarding to SP#" allows multiple callers to be put into the same SP spot.

No really - *please* don't mention that :D

One caller per orbit is a weakness - but its the only way right now.
