Visit to your call center with high call volume

    Hello,
    I am leaning towards 3CX for our call center but need to do my "due diligence" which includes witnessing (i.e. visiting) the system as it is being used in a business with a high call volume. We get about 2300 calls per day (on heavy days) and 1500 on light days. Would anyone be willing to host a field trip for me to visit for an hour? I am in southern California (Orange County but can drive from north OC to San Diego). If so please email me at: agruener @ onesps.com

    By the way, your call center or use of 3CX doesn't need to have over 2000 calls a day. Just a higher than small office call volume would be great.
