vitelity outgoing call trouble

    I am having trouble with outgoing calls using Vitelity. I think my trouble is in the outbound rule config, but I can find no documentation even on a google search. Has anyone worked with Vitelity in recent months using 3cx?

    I use Vitelity as my LD provider and have never had an issue. All outgoing calls in North America must be 1 XXX XXX-XXXX and all other (international) calls must be 011+ country code+number. So, it depends on what access codes (if any) codes you've set up in 3CX, you'll need to strip that off and send the numbers as above.
