VM Problems

    Is there anyway to avoid having to have the end user have to hit # then 0 to save a VM?

    I have found that if we do not use this sequence that our AudioCodes MP114 will not release the line as the channel gets hung up with the phone system.

    Also, messages are not getting left because users are impatient and used to just leaving a message and hanging up without any additional steps required.
