VM Tip

    With the ability to transfer a call directly to VM also comes the ability to leave a co-worker a VM without having to ring their extension.

    Just dial *4 and the extension and you will get their VM. Makes sense when you think about how it works with a blind transfer.

    There a a few times when you might want to use this, for example, if you know they are out of the office or busy and do not want to wait for the extension to ring a few times before leaving a message.
