Does 3cx hold onto Voicemails if it can not reach the designated mail server and retry?
Or does it drop them and keep them on the system?
Just wondering as occasionally, the server team does work on the mail server to install updates or defrag the mail store. This usually occurs on the weekend, but users could certainly still get a call.
