VM to Email

    Does 3cx hold onto Voicemails if it can not reach the designated mail server and retry?
    Or does it drop them and keep them on the system?

    Just wondering as occasionally, the server team does work on the mail server to install updates or defrag the mail store. This usually occurs on the weekend, but users could certainly still get a call.

    You could test this by either disconnecting the WAN connection shortly before leaving a message, then connecting some time later...or, put in a non-existent mail server and leave that for some time, then put in the correct information and see if the email is still delivered, I suspect that it will be.
