We are running the newest release of the 3CX PBX software for Windows (free version) and we have noticed that all of our voicemail messages that we receive are cut off after 5 seconds. There is nothing in either the configuration guide nor the user guide as to how to change this setting, and a search of these forums came up with nothing.
How can I correct this issue?
