Voice Mail Delays for one user (1 - 2 Days)

    Running 3cx on 2008r2 v11 sp1
    YeaLink 22 Phones

    I have user that does not get notified as soons as a voicemail arrives. This happens about once or twice a week.

    The mail she receives below proves that it is stuck in lala land. Is there something like a queue directory I can check on the 3cx server.

    First question - is lutheranmetro.org email server and 3cx server on the same network?
