voice mail disactivation

    Hello,
    We would like to disactivate the option of voicemail in order that after trying to call it does not redirect to voicemail and the call ends.

    Hi Sergio,

    On the extension under "voicemail " you can disable the voicemail option - it is a radio button.

    Another option, change the forwarding rules to end the call instead of going to voicemail.

    Problem disabling voicemail, the caller will get a message saying it is not activate.

    Ah yes but this should be easily solved by simply changing this message/WAV file on the 3CX server to something like empty.wav or a custom recording which would not give this away.

    The forwarding rule option cuts the call off completely.

    I guess it purely depends what behaviour suits your customer best.
