Voice Mail Options Not Available

    We're new to 3cx.

    After we first installed it - the free version several months ago, the voice mail worked without any problems, including the options "9."

    Recently, we bought a small business license and activated it - version 6. Now, we can access the voice mail system (999) and it prompts to press 9 for more options, but when 9 is pressed, nothing happens, dead silence.

    Any ideas or help would be appreciated.

    I don't see anything in the logs:
