I am running 3CX free version 10 in Windows 7 Pro as a trial setup. I have two locations; one in Hawaii and one in Boston. I first installed in Hawaii and after the usual learning curve all works well. When I installed in Boston, however, I find the voice mail system is not coming up. 3CX management console indicates that the system extension 99 is "not registered". Dialing it from any phone brings up a busy. I have stopped and restarted all services with no result. I've rebooted the server also with no result.
Here is a log after a system restart, attempting to call extension 99 from a desk phone:

For ease in setup I used a restore from Hawaii to set up the new installation in Boston. For some reason this loused up VM. After trying several times to reboot and restart services, I finally bit the bullet and uninstalled 3CX and reinstalled a clean copy and set up from scratch.
Voice mail came right up without difficulties.
    Problem Solved.
