Voice mail stops working - reboot fixes it?

    I'm getting a report that about once a month, the system will start reporting that voicemail is down for everyone. The EU always fixes it by having the tech on site reboot the system and then everything works again. Any ideas?

    Prior to SP5, the voicemail to email feature would stop on our test machine, rebooting would kick in the emails...have not seen that issue since loading v.10 SP5.
