Voice mail users guide

    We have remote technologists that will be dialing in to access voice mail. Is there a 123 simple PDF for voicemail setup and guide? Also where is the 3cx welcome/notification template and is it editable?

    Setup welcome email: Settings -> MailServer tab -> Customize button

    It is not a PDf - but you can print it to PDF. of course, you will have to setup a DID to extension 9999. And, I do not see this mentioned, but the user must first enter extension (without a #) then it will ask for Voicemail PIN.

    appreciate it but we have remote users dialing into the voicemail to get info. they do not have phoneset

    Right - wrong link...

    1) Setup a DID (if you have one available) and route it to your VM extension (99,999,9999,99999)
    2) If you use an automated attendant, have them dial the extension for VM when it answers

    Then when it answers enter their extension (do not hit # here)
    wait for it to ask for PIN, enter it and hit #
