    Create six extensions with mailboxes

Create attendant, set options to direct caller to each extension. Record necessary instructions to callers as to what to select. See manual, page 47.... http: //www.3cx.com/manual/3CXPhoneSystemManual10.pdf NO LONGER AVAILABLE. NEW LINK: http://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/

    Direct incoming trunk to attendant.

    thank you.

the next related issue is how to set greeting for extensions, and how to link myphone client to unregistered extensions.

You would need to temporarily register an extension for each mailbox, to access the menu, allowing you record a message.

As for Myphone...Can't help you there as I don't use it, myself. I would assume that you would have to have an extension registered to make use of it. http://www.3cx.com/blog/myphone/
