How would we go about creating a voice payment gateway as shown on the page here - https://www.3cx.com/phone-system/call-flow-designer/ ?

I assume this would allow a caller to enter payment details (for an invoice for example) into an automated system without needing to speak to someone?

    How would this work?

    Hi @5StarCases,

Here you have some sample applications to get started:
    https://www.3cx.com/docs/call-flow-designer-examples/

The 3CX Call Flow Designer will let you collect user input via DTMF, and then send that information to an external system. So for example, you can ask for an invoice number, then ask for a credit card number, and finally invoke a web service to perform a payment.

    Kind regards.

Thanks for the info - however none of the examples show how to do this. Would you be able to provide a little more info on how this would be set up ie collect the invoice number, credit card number and then send it? First time looking at the call flow designer!

    Thanks.

The samples don't show exactly how to create a payment gateway, that's something you need to create yourself. We provide samples to show how to use the different components available. For example, in order to collect the invoice number or the credit card information you need to use a User Input component. This page shows how to do that:
    https://www.3cx.com/docs/cfd-creating-phone-support-portal-1/

Then, if you want to perform the payment using a web service, this is how you can use the HTTP Request component:
    https://www.3cx.com/docs/cfd-creating-phone-support-portal-2/

When you install the CFD, the folder "Documents\3CX Call Flow Designer Demos" contains all these demo apps and a few more.

You need to play a bit with the tool to get familiar with it.

    Kind regards,
