Voice Problem

    Dear All;

    I have installed and configured 3cx both on my PC and android phone but the problem is I cant hear the voice in my android app.
    The client on PC can hear voice from my android app but android app can not hear anything through my android app even when I dial *43 to connect to voice box on server.

    Please help me out.

    You are going to have to provide some more information about your particular set-up.

    Are you using wifi or 3/4G for the Android calls?

    I'm assuming that this is a call from one extension to another through the 3Cx PBX, yes?

    Do any other calls work correctly?

    Have you successfully run the firewall check on the PBX?

    Other than a hardware issue (microphone?), one way voice is usually the result of blocked ports/packets.

    One more thing to check...In 3CX PBX under Advanced, Custom Parameters, ALLOWSOURCEASOUTBOUND, set to "1"
