Hi. I have just installed a 3CX system with 3 voiceflex sip trunks, outgoing calls work ok but incoming calls do not. If I ring in on my mobile it just says 'busy'. I cleared the 'server activity log' and then tried again to see if the log showed anything up, but nothing registered, I do not think the call is getting as far as the phone system. I have run the Firewall Checker, all passed. Could it have somthing to do with the 'Invite Format' which voiceflex expects (see attached) if so what format does the 3CX use and where do I check it etc.

All Sorted, emailed voiceflex and they sent me a config guide.
