Voicemail Access Code

    Folks,

    I created a digital receptionist on a specific DID number to allow company personnel to access their voice mailboxes. The receptionist works to get each person to their proper vmailbox, once a person hears their greeting, is there a button to press to allow them to retrieve said vmails in their box? Inquiring minds want to know ASAP...

    Unfortunately, no. But it has been requested, as a feature, a number of times. Have a look through the Feature request Forum.

    A DID rule can deliver call directly to the "Voice Menu" extension. (see list of extensions in DID rule configuration)
    In this case the caller will be asked to enter extension number and PIN to access Voice Menu of the specific extension.
