Voicemail Crash

    Hi Guys,

    I can not access voicemail in 3cx. When I dial 999, the server hosing 3CX crashes, and I have to reset it. I have all of the logs here, not sure which ones to post tho? 3CX version is 3.1.2434 running on Win2003 Server.

    I saw the thread about DirectX problems, and downloaded the filter display program, but I'm not sure what I'm looking for (or if this is even related to my fault). MP3 music on hold works fine...

    Any ideas?

    Thanks. I just set up a Digital Receptionist and dialing in to this also crashes the server.

    Hi

    Other than it taking several attempts to connect to the 3CXVoiceBoxManager.log I can't intially see what the problem is.

    I assume that when you say it crashes the server you mean to 3CX server and not the Windows server.

    Can you upload the a snippet of the 3CXPhoneSystem.trace.log just before and after the crash.
