If a caller dials zero while listening to someone's voicemail greeting, where are the settings in 3cx to route the caller? We are on version 15.5 sp2.

    Hi Milton Schreiber,

My estimation is that this is un-changable default behavior, it is diverting you to the Operator extension. I have checked the Extension, Voicemail and Parameters settings in 3CX but cannot see anything that can control this.

Check under PBX Settings you will see: "Callers who transfer out of Voicemail or other menus will be forwarded here"

You can set who will be the Operator extension so this gives you some flexibility.

You can create also a dummy extension as operator extension and forward it to queue, ring group, etc.

Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand...

Thank you both. That's exactly what I needed.
