Voicemail Dials Outside Number

    Hello,

    We are having an issue where one particular extension after dialing the voicemail number and entering their pin, it seems to transfer them either to someone else's mailbox or to another number. After hitting the "*" button to play, there is about a 20 second delay and then you can here the recording say "Please leave a message for Rupesh Sawdry." We have a Rupesh working here but not with that last name. Below is the link to a wireshark capture but I'm not sure what to make of it. Call is from extension 6228 to 9999. Everything seems fine to me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Solved the issue on our end.
