    Hi,

I am having a problem accessing the voicemail menu 999
I have tried changing the special menu number and then tried accessing it again without any luck.
When ever i call it from my 3cx soft phone extension it says "19: no answer from user (user alerted)" and when i call it from my spa 3000 extension i just get a busy signal

I can call an extension and leave a message on the voicemail so i assume that the voicemail sever is working.

The other problem that i have is that i cannot get the digital receptionist to work at all. I have a prompt that has been converted into the correct format. whenever i try to access the digital receptionist by calling a line it just goes to voicemail.
When i try to call the extension directly from the soft phone ext it just gives me the message "19: no answer from user (user alerted)" again.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Thanks
    Chris

    Hi Chris,

I'm not sure if this long shot may work, but I had a dialogue with Alexander from 3CX about DR not working. I eventually spotted that although the 3CX IVR service was set to automatic start, it was not in fact starting up, and had to be started manually. When I did that, DR worked as it should. Alexander is presently looking into why the service sometimes fails to start.

    Regards.

    Mike

I have the same problem. The IVRservice is set to start automatically, but it doesn't. I have to log on and manually start it.

    Any fix yet?

    To ce_bone:

    Hi !

Do you use the last beta version ?
Anyway please send me the '<3CX PhoneSystem folder>\Data\Logs\3CXIvrServer.log' file after '3CX PhoneSystem IVR' service failed to start.

    Thanks for you help :)
