voicemail doesn't kick in

    Hi,

    I have just set up the 3cx, and everything is working well, quality is good. The only thing is the voicemail isn't kicking in.

    It's set up on the user accounts to work, users can phone 999 and get through to all the options. But for some reason it's just not kicking in after 5 or 6 rings. after 10 rings the call just drops.

    I'm using linksys spa941 phones firmware version 5.18.

    Any help would be appreciated!!

    Which operation system are you using? What does the 3CX server log show at the time a call is to go to voicemail? You enabled and set the forwarding rules for each extension?
