Presently when a user uses their desk phone to record voicemail greeting for their voicemail box using option 8, they are able to verify and save the voicemail. However, when you call the extension and get the voicemail, the recording will not play. I can even browse to the voicemail greeting file, play it in media player, and their is no issue. It is the recording that was created.The voicemail greeting is only 15 seconds long. I went ahead and checked, users can record their names using option 5. That all works fine. The weird part is that I have a few users that can create, save, and set a greeting just fine. To be specific, it has been confirmed that this isn't an end user error.
