Voicemail Hangs Up when transfered from Digital Receptionist

    Hello,

    When an outside call is transferred to the digital receptionist and it times out it forwards to voice mail (it plays the message then waits the timeout period). The problem is that the caller does not hear the beep but instead the call is terminated right away. This only happens when the call goes through the receptionist. If I set the inbound rules or use the call group to send the call to voice mail it works fine and the caller can leave voice mail. Even if the digital receptionist sends the call to another call group on time out, then that call group forwards to voice mail the voice mail does NOT work. Has anyone ran into this? Can you help me fix this? Thanks.

    I should have also mentioned that I am using Iristel and 3CX Phone System v7.1.7139.0 and the paid version of eyebeam clients on the computers.

    Can anyone help me out with this?
