Voicemail is just not working

    I dial 900 from the extension
    I get "Please enter your personal identifcation number and press #"
    I type 100#
    I get "You have no message, please 9 for options, to exit press #"
    If i type 9 nothing happens, if I type 8
    "Record your greeting message then press #"
    I say hello then press # and all I get is silence.

    Voicemail does not record

    This is running on Windows 2003 Datacentre. I just cant work out why this is happening and really need some help :( please help guys!

    I was just reading another post with same problem, I have just tried running the mp3 and says I have no sound device, which is true but I cant work out How come the wav files work?

    I am going start looking for a PCI sound card for my machine
