Voicemail Issue

    I finally got around to playing with our install of 3cx this morning because I can not seem to go to sleep. Everything except voicemail is working. When the server transfers someone to voicemail, the line just goes silent and nothing happens... When I dial 999 (to check voicemail) it reports no new messages and to press 9 for advanced options. if I press 9, the line goes blank.

    It does not place any info in the logs...

    Any ideas on how to resolve this?

    Is this internal, external or both type of calls? Does the automated attendant work? Check your firewall and maybe reinstall. Without log info it's hard to tell.
    What OS is it?

    Automated attendant works fine, no problems. Every thing else works, but when the system forwards to Voicemail it goes silent, and just holds the line open until you hang up. Happens with any type of call, and there is no Firewall setup at this time, so all traffic can flow freely. It is a Windows 2003 box, nothing else running.
