Voicemail locked - log event

    Good Day,

    If you enter the pin wrong 3 times, the voicemail account is locked.

    It would be helpful to know when someone is locked out. I looked but could not locate an event in the server activity log. Is there another place to look?

    Running v12 SP6.

    Hi there,
    There is no trace in the activity log, or by email notification, but you can find this when in logging level verbose in 3CXIvrServer.trace.log :

    10:17:39.656|7968|(0):Subtag SBjsiEval. entering: 0x00000000013B70C0, 'attempt > 3', 0x0000000002DCE6C0
    10:17:39.656|7968|(0):Subtag SBjsiEval. exiting: returned 0, 0x0000000002DCE6C0 (0x00000000013F5CA0)

    When you see those lines with 'attempt > 3' it means the PIN auth has failed 3 times and call was terminated.
