Voicemail - No Audio - on old version V7

    Hi,

    Sometimes when we call the voicemail system, you don't hear any audio, the call connects. You can press * etc to play messages, but nothing happens.

    Also, we often get the message "An Error occurred in IVR Session"

    I have not yet been able to identify a pattern as to when this occurs, the no audio is fixed by restarting all 3CX services, which is something I would like to not have to do!

    We are running 3CX V7.0.3775.0

    The log files do not show anything different when we get no audio.

    The build you are running is a pre-release build of V7 . We recommend that you upgrade to the latest build to see if you still encounter the issue.
