Voicemail not connecting ...

    I get an engaged tone while trying to dial voicemail. The following entries then appear in the log:

    21:19:16.990 [CM503008]: Call(32): Call is terminated
    21:19:16.974 [CM503015]: Call(32): Attempt to reach <sip:9999@127.0.0.1> failed. Reason: Not Registered
    21:19:16.974 [CM503015]: Call(32): Attempt to reach <sip:9999@127.0.0.1> failed. Reason: Not Registered
    21:19:16.974 [CM503016]: Call(32): Target is not registered: Ext:Ext.9999
    21:19:16.974 [CM503010]: Making route(s) to <sip:9999@127.0.0.1>

    I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but with no luck :-(

    Any help or pointers in the right direction would be good.

    Have you verified that your voicemail extension in the general settings is set to 9999?
    And are your media server and voicemail manager services started?

    Hi,

    Yes have checked that 9999 is the setting for the Voicemail Menu, and both the Voicemail Manager and Media Server are running (both from status in the management console and frm Services Control Panel App

    Any other help would really help!!!

    Hi

    Is this issue persistent even after a reboot? If so can you please enable Verbose mode and attach the file 3cxphonesystem.log so that we may review?
