Voicemail Not Including Time Stamps

    I'm running 3CX V15 with Yealink T48G phones and I'm having an issue with voicemail not giving a time stamp. My users are getting their voicemail, but they have no way of knowing when the voicemail was left. I have looked through the extension settings and voicemail settings in both the phone GUI and the 3CX management. I'm sure I must just be missing something, but is there a way for me to turn time stamps on so that people can tell when the message was left for them?

    Within the extension, under voicemail what settings do you have for 'Read date/time'.

    Maybe set to 'Do not Read', you have options 'Read in AM/PM formtat' or 'Read in 24 hour format'

    That was it, it was set to "do not read". I must have just completely overlooked it. Thank you.
