Voicemail not recording date and time

    A few days ago all our phones became unregistered and were showing in 3CX as New, I restored that last backup which didn't help but a subsequent power down and back on of the handsets managed to get them working again. However, since then voicemails no longer have the date and time recorded with the message, can anyone shed any light on this?

    Did you check in the (each) extension setting to see if the option to play time and date is still selected?

    I didn't have access to the system at the time I posted the message but I wanted to get the post on here in plenty of time just in case it wasn't that simple. Turns out it was ;)
