Voicemail / operator

    I recently recognized an issue (thanks to a potential client) that when a caller, internal or external, reaches voicemail if they dial * or 0 to reach the operator they are getting my mailbox and can listen to old messages, change greetings, anything that I can do, they can also. I have a password set on all voicemails and it is enabled.

    Any ideas what is going on?

    Do you have an operator set under Settings -> General ?
    You say you have a password set and enabled - do you mean under Extension -> Voicemail -> "Disable Voicemail Pin Authentication" is unchecked...
    I have never seen this happen before on my system?
