Voicemail Problem

    Currently I am using Eyebeam v1.5.10.2. It works fine with Asteriks PBX system. I setup and configured 3cx and my softphone connects to the system fine. But voicemail will not pick up at all. Why is this? Voicemail is enabled on the extension. Can someone please give me some suggestions.
