Voicemail problems

    We've been experiencing issues where customers are leaving voicemail, but on our end it sounds like the customer hung up after the tone but before leaving a message.

    We're using Yealink T21P phones with a Patton SN4970. I don't have the server log mostly because it seems to be an intermittant problem.
