    Does anyone know how to set the Hz rate of the answering service from 8000Hz to 11025Hz?

    Can this be done through the admin?
    Can this be done through the api?

    Question, why would you want to do that? This means most likely that the files will get bigger is it not?

    Is it the prompts you want to record on that frequency or the recordings from the messages left by the user?

    i want to record the message left by the user...

    My company has its reasons...:) too difficult to explain.

    I am told that in the US we will need to record at 11KHz

    no matter...is it possible to up the Hz?
