Voicemail usually not working

    Hi,

    I've set up 3CX 6.1.0 with one SJPhone softphone, one analog phone plugged into the FXS port of a Grandstream HT-503, and an analog line plugged into the FXO port of the HT-503. I set 3CX up for two-digit extensions.

    I find that even after I set up outgoing voicemail messages, when I dial from one extension to another, or when I dial into the system from an outside line, I am usually prompted for my password, then it wants to play back my messages. It's like dialing the extension is putting me right into the voicemail extension (99).

    Once or twice I've heard my outgoing message, but usually it just prompts the caller for a password.
