Voicemails are silent

    Hello,

    I have an issue where users are receiving voicemail notifications via email but when they try to listen, it is nothing but silence for 1:59 everytime. Here is an example:

    Are the voice-mails there, if they call in to listen to them?

    Did this just start, or has it ever worked? If it did just start, what changed?

    The only thing we've done recently is change the digital receptionist prompt for the weather and then change it back. The client hasn't reported it before.
