I have tried to instal the VOIP client several times but keep getting an error when loading the 3CX VOIP Client application.

The detailed event logs is detailed below, any ideas ?

    yes, using v.4132.

It worked once but then uninstalled and reinstalled and that's when problem occurred.

Try ensuring all traces of the client are removed from the registry, then try reinstalling.
