I've setup a 3cx system that's running fine, apart from two external users can connect but aren't getting the audio channel returned back to the phones (Snom300).

    All the others are fine.

The common factor is that they both use the BT Home Hub, which comes with it's own VOIP phone using it's own sip service.

I know I could probably change the sip registration within their routers to use our server BUT....

Our server is for work calls, (as is the Snom), but the BT is for their personal calls, so I can't just disable the BT account.

What are my options to get them both working in conjunction?
