VoIP Innovations multiple SIP trunk issue

    Hello @rmayer

    Currently this ability does not exist in 3CX, you can however set the destination for calls while creating the trunks without having to set an additional inbound rule for each one. Will you have additional DID's for each of the 8 trunks?

    @AravindRavella

    When you create a trunk there is a general rule under the trunk settings on where the calls are supposed to be routed. If you have additional DIDs and you do not create inbound rules for those DIDs then calls to these numbers will be routed to the destination under the trunk settings.

    I had one setup this way, and the client complained of an issue where the audio was not connected for a second or two after the call was answered. We added the DID and created a rule, which resolved this. Not sure if this is common, and we did not work with support on it. This was on v15, not sure what release.
