I have installed the 3CX several times to my Windows Server 2003 platform on a co-located server at a tier one data center -- I have established a voip provider account with Nexvortex and configured the 3CX Phone System and the 3CX VoIP clients to several machines for two extensions I have set up and are registered with 'green lamps' on the 3CX Phone System - however, my VoIP line for Nexvortex is not registering - I am using the exact information from the provider and it is not working - I have combed thru the Noxvortex and 3CX documentation ...

Initially, I installed the 3CX and my VoIP line registered ... but, failed the firewall test so, I disabled the STUN settings in 3CX and passed the test but, now the VoIP Line is not registering.

I have disabled my Windows Firewall, passed the firewall test and still cannot get this working. In my frustration, I decided to configure my analog phone and Linksys PAP2T and was able to make a few outbound calls ... just one or two land line numbers but, no mobile numbers. I can even call my SKYPE number from my phone connected to the Linksys adapter.

I have disabled the router and have started over - if there is anyone that an provide some direction in resolving this issue, it would be greatly appreciated.

    Here are my log files:

    Hi,

Judging by your log that shows no trace of a registration request whatsoever, I would advise to uninstall 3CX and reinstall all over again until registration request shows back in (hopefully along with successful answer) .

Don't worry about the firewall test failed.

You'll be able to place calls anyway.

    Cheers.
