Voip lines not registering after internet connection fails

    Hi there,
    After my internet connection failed, i noticed that my VOIP lines are not re registering, until i manually do it myself.
    Is there away around this?

    What is the sip provider you use
    How much time with out reregistration

    Hi there

    There is a known issue that exhibits this behaviour, and a fix was implemented via the update mechanism.

    To fire up the update mechanism, click the "Check for Updates" shorcut in the Start Menu Group for the 3CX Phone System.

    After the update is complete, please restart all services, or, better still, restart Windows for the PBX Server.

    hi there thanks for your replies.
    My server software is all updated, which is why I made a post.
    My sip provider is mondotalk UK, and It must have been down for atleast a day. All I had to do was reregister the line and it was fine. I manually took the Internet down, and the server registered it with no problems.
