Voip phone has stopped recieving external calls

    Hello all,

    My VOIP 3CX Server was running perfectly for weeks. Last week the server was unplugged and since then a VOIP phone (Polycom Soundpoint IP SPIP 550) I had set up has stopped receiving calls externally.

    We used to have two phones on a call group. Phone A would ring for 5 seconds and then Phone B would ring. Phone B no longer rings. I turned the ring group off and set the destination for the incoming rule to phone A, fine. Phone B, voice mail.

    Any suggestions?

    What exactly does this mean?

    It receives internal calls only? Can't be called at all? Not showing as registered in 3CX? Can it place calls?

    Does a registration attempt show in the 3CX log?
