VOIP Phone unable to make calls

    I have configured a new extension using 3CX Voip Phone on a Windows 7 Laptop. It's a remote worker so I am using 3CX tunnel.

    Extension (206) can recieve calls, but whenever they tray and make a call, the phone says "Forbidden" and 3CX Log show;


    I have another phone with same setup (actually with a worker in Australia!) and that one works fine.

    Any ideas?

    Yes, different extension number but everything else the same.
