VOIP Provider - AMCOM

    Hi guys,

    Having moved to a new VOIP provider AMCOM we are having issues with dialing out and all extensions showing "604 Not found"
    This is the first provider we have had to to use 3 way authentication for, calls flowing inbound perfectly, however can't for the life of us get a call out.

    Interestingly we can call Engin services, however no other providers...

    Any ideas?

    Hi Vince, do you have this issue sorted?
    I have the same issue with my client, they are moving to a new premise with Amcom (now Vocus) SIP service.

    I have read on other forums, the outbound call issues with other VOIP providers (not Amcom) but their VOIP provider supports could come back with the details what need to be set up on the outbound parameters on the 3CX based on their systems logs.

    Already raise a support case with Amcom but so far they are hopeless.

    Did you guys manage to put outbound caller ID in Vocus ?
    What are the outbound parameters set to ?
